You can check on and track the progress of your order through the “My Account” section of the website. Login to your account and then click the "View Order History" link. This will show you a list of all orders that you have placed with heals.co.uk and their current status
Order Status definitions
Each status is designed to indicate the progress of an order/item. The different order statuses are:
In Progress: your order has been received, payment has been authorised and your order is being handled by our warehouse.
Released for Dispatch: the goods in your order are in stock and are being prepared for shipping.
Backordered: this status will appear if the item is currently out of stock in our warehouse. Goods will be sourced from either our stores or suppliers to fulfil your order. Generally orders will be delivered within 1 – 2 weeks, if there are any extended delays, you will be contacted directly by the Heals.co.uk Customer Service team to advise.
Processed: the definition of this status differs slightly for furniture and non-furniture items.
For furniture items, “Processed” indicates that the order has been processed, payment taken and the order passed to the Heal’s Delivery Team. In the tracking number section you can find your Heal’s internal reference number as well as the predicted lead time for delivery when the order was placed.
For non furniture items, “Processed” indicates that the goods have been shipped and payment taken. In the tracking number section you can find your Parcelforce tracking code. To view the progress of an order please access the Parcelforce website and enter the tracking code supplied.
Cancelled: items that show this status have been cancelled. You will not be charged for items that display this status.
Returned: items that show this status have been returned.
Please Note: Payment is only taken for goods once they are processed
