Furniture Delivery

FURNITURE DELIVERY CHARGES

The cost of a furniture delivery is automatically calculated at the checkout. It is worked out based on the area we are delivering to and the value of the order. For customers living in the South East, close to one of our stores, your order will be delivered by the Heal’s In-House delivery team. For customers living outside the South East, we use specialist delivery service, Direct Home Deliveries (DHD).

Heal’s Van Delivery: FREE on orders over £1000

Heal’s Van Delivery: £50 on orders under £1000

DHD Delivery: £50 - £120 depending on location

Furniture orders are despatched from our North London warehouse. Items of furniture are normally made to order; please be aware of the availability timescales clearly stated on the product pages. You will be contacted directly by a member of our delivery team to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery. Delivery within the Heal's delivery area takes 1-2 weeks, and delivery outside the Heal's delivery area takes 2-3 weeks from despatch. Please note your order will only be despatched when all items included in the order are available.

We regret that we cannot deliver items past the second floor unless appropriate lift access is available.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO or addresses outside of the UK at the moment.

Availability times are displayed on each individual product:

In StockThe item is in stock at our warehouse. Once the items are ready for despatch, delivery within the Heal's delivery area takes 1-2 weeks, and delivery outside the Heal's delivery area takes 2-3 weeks. You will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange a convenient time for your delivery.
Awaiting StockThis item is on order, and the lead time will be clearly stated on each individual product. You will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange a convenient time for your delivery once the item is ready for despatch.
Special OrderWe do not hold stock of these goods and will place an order with our suppliers on receipt of your order. The item lead time will be indicated on each individual product. You will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange a convenient time for your delivery when the item arrives at our warehouse.

Special Order items are made to order as such are non returnable or refundable unless faulty.
Out of StockWe are currently out of stock of this item. You can request to be emailed when the item is back in stock.

We will contact you within 2-3 days of the item arriving at our warehouse to arrange a convenient delivery time. Where any delay occurs we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.

Heal’s values your security. To safeguard this, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods.

Heal's van deliveries can take place Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. The day(s) and times that we deliver to your area will be discussed with you when we call you. Each day is split into am and pm. For an estimated time slot for your delivery please contact the Distribution Centre on 0208 884 5100 from 8am on the morning of delivery.

Please ensure you have read our access guidelines and checked that the access available is adequate. Do not forget to consider the following factors that may prevent us from completing a standard delivery: red routes and parking restrictions; delivery vehicle size restrictions; restricted access into property due to the size of the ground floor entrance; restricted access within the property to the intended delivery location. Such factors may require alternative delivery methods for which, in most cases, there is an additional charge. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact us on 08700 240780 option 2 as soon as possible.

We regret that we cannot deliver items past the second floor unless appropriate lift access is available.

We regret that we are only able to ship products to the UK mainland.

Parcel Delivery

PARCEL DELIVERY CHARGES

Christmas Delivery: Order before 19th December for Christmas delivery. In stock items only. If you have any queries please contact customer services on 08700 240 780

Standard Delivery 2-4 day delivery from despatch: £4.95

Express Delivery 1-2 days delivery from despatch: £5.95

Orders are despatched from our North London warehouse using nationwide courier service DPD. If your order contains Specialist Delivery items (such as mirrors and crystal pendant lights), the full order will be despatched using the Specialist Delivery service. Orders will only be despatched once all items within the order are available.

Please note that the delivery timescales are from despatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO or addresses outside of the UK at the moment.

We currently cannot offer Express Delivery to the following postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, and ZE.

Specialist Delivery

SPECIALIST DELIVERY CHARGES

High value and large, fragile items (such as mirrors and crystal pendant lights) will be sent via our specialist delivery service.

Standard Delivery 2-4 days delivery from despatch: £4.95

Please note: You will be contacted directly by a member of our delivery team to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery. Despatch can take up to 10 working days even if the item is In Stock. Please note your order will only be despatched when all items included in the order are available.

Order Tracking

You can check on and track the progress of your order through the 'My Account' section of the website. Log in to your account and then click the 'View Order History' link. This will show you a list of all orders that you have placed with heals.co.uk and their current status

In ProgressYour order has been received, payment has been authorised and your order is being handled by our warehouse.
Released for DespatchThe goods in your order are in stock and are being prepared for delivery.
Backordered The item/s are currently out of stock at our warehouse but are being sourced from either our stores or direct from the supplier. Generally orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks, if there are any extended delays, you will be contacted directly by our customer service team to advise.
ProcessedFor furniture items, this indicates that the order has been processed, payment taken and the order passed to the Heal’s Delivery Team. In the tracking number section you can find your Heal’s Internal Reference Number as well as the predicted lead time for the delivery when the order was placed.

For non- furniture items, this indicates that the goods have been shipped and payment taken. You will receive a seperate email direct from our chosen carrier with the tracking details.
Cancelled Items that show this status have been cancelled. You will not be charged for items that display this status.
Returned Items that show this status have been returned.

Please Note: Payment is only taken for goods once they are processed
