British designer Selina Rose creates intricately cut and printed interior felt products and surfaces using state of the art technology. Her textile studio was set up in 2005 and in 2006 Selina was awarded a start-up grant from The Arts Council England to enable her to develop her designs. Her products are made from 100% wool felt and she uses environmentally friendly dyes to create her vibrant colour palette. All of her products are made in the UK and the felt is renewable and biodegradable. Her luxury felt products for Heal’s feature heat transferred decals of birds or butterflies on striking coloured backgrounds. Selina Rose has received extensive coverage from the international design press including Grand Designs magazine, Living etc, House and Garden, The Evening Standard, Accessory Merchandising USA and Mix Future Interiors. |
