If you're getting married or celebrating a landmark event your friends and family will want to buy something special to mark the occasion. Setting up your list with Heal's is an opportunity to make sure that they buy you the perfect gift.
At Heal's you'll find a wide selection of products from leading brands, as well as a unique range of exclusive products for the home. Heal's can provide everything you need, from must-have gadgets to beautiful tableware and sparkling glassware to luxury bed linen and furniture. Alternatively, you can choose gift vouchers to spend as and when you like.

When to open your gift list:
The first step is to register with us, ideally three to four months before your event date. To do this, just call the Wedding & Gift List department or simply register now online. We then recommend you select the items for your list eight to ten weeks before your big day.

How It Works
It's easy to set up your list - simply do it by phone, visit a store or register online. Either way, we can help you as much or as little as you want. Your list can include whatever you want from our wide range of homewares, furniture (excluding special orders) and gift vouchers.
Register in-store or online – you choose
To set up a list in-store, simply call the Wedding & Gift List department to arrange a convenient time to visit one of our stores and register your details. Or if you prefer you can register over the phone. Alternatively, to register online, follow the step-by-step instructions. We generally recommend registering approximately three to four months before your event.
Selecting your gifts
We suggest you choose items for your list eight to ten weeks before your event to minimise the chance
of an item being discontinued. If you want to select items in-store, we will arrange a convenient time for
you to do this when you register. If you'd like help choosing your gifts, one of our personal shoppers will
be on hand to offer advice and suggestions (by appointment from the Tottenham Court Road store). If you
want to use our online service, you are free to select items at your convenience. If you set up and choose
items for your list in-store, we'll confirm, by post, the items you've chosen.
Managing your list
You can amend your list online, or call the Wedding & Gift List department and we'll change it for you.
You can also view your list whenever you wish online, or we can send you a printed copy on request.
This means you can see what your guests have bought for you at any time.
Sending out your list
We provide gift cards you can send out to guests to tell them about your list. You can order gift cards
when you register. Alternatively, set up an address book online and we'll email your gift list to your guests
when it is published. Guests can buy online, by phone or at any store. Your guests will never buy the same gifts because items will come off your list as soon as they are purchased.
Closing your list and delivery
We can usually arrange delivery within two weeks of your list being closed, so please do so at least
a fortnight before you would like your items delivered. You can close it online, or by calling the Wedding & Gift List department. Once this has been done, we'll send you a final update so you know which gifts were bought by whom and any personal messages they left for you. If you have not closed your list six weeks after your event, we will close it for you and contact you to arrange delivery. We can deliver your gifts, or if you prefer, you can arrange to pick up gifts yourself from any Heal's store.

When does my list open?
When you're happy with your list, you can publish it online yourself, or ask us to do it for you. Once the
list is published guests can buy online, by phone or in-store. You can choose when you want your list
to go live, but we recommend about eight to ten weeks before the event.
Once I have confirmed my list can I change it?
You can amend or add items to your list at any time, either online or by calling us. Only the bride and groom can make changes to the list. Please note: once items have been bought, you will not be able to remove them from your list.
How will my guests know I have a list?
You can email a copy of your list to your guests, or ask us to do it for you. Alternatively, you can order
gift list cards – which tell your guests everything they need to know about buying gifts at Heal's – and
send them out with your invitations.
How will I know what guests have bought me?
You can check
online at any time and read any messages they've left. Alternatively, we can send you a copy of your list at any time.
What are e-vouchers and how do they work?
Guests can buy you e-vouchers online. You can use them to buy whatever you want at
www.healsgiftlist.co.uk – perhaps something remaining on your list. If you haven't spent them when
your list closes, we'll convert them to paper Heal's vouchers and send them to you.
Do I have to buy the remaining items on my list if they've not been purchased?
No, but you can if you want to. If you have any furniture items that are part paid for, you can either pay the balance yourself or convert the payments into Heal's vouchers.
When does my list close?
Most people like to close their list within a few weeks of their event so they can take delivery of their gifts. If your list is still open six weeks after your event, we will close it automatically.
How do I arrange delivery?
Once you have closed your list, you can arrange delivery online yourself, or call us and we can help
you arrange it. We can usually deliver your gifts approximately two weeks after you close your list.
We deliver Monday to Friday. Morning deliveries are between 8am and 1pm and afternoon deliveries
between 12pm and 5pm.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free within a certain area. If you live outside this area, we provide a quote when you register
and again when you arrange delivery. You can arrange delivery online or through the Wedding & Gift
List department. We will charge an additional fee if you require more than one delivery. If you prefer you can arrange to collect your items from a Heal's store. All vouchers will be posted by Recorded Delivery.
