Anorak was launched in 2008 by designer Laurie Robertson who graduated from the RCA with a masters in print textiles. Anorak specialises in stylish and durable outdoor accessories such as travel, camping and garden accessories that are affordable with a low carbon footprint. Inspiration for the product ranges stems from Robertson's childhood memories and the idea that you should treat your outdoor space like another room of the home, bringing products to it that emulate warmth.

Anorak is best known for it's bold graphic animal textile print designs, in particular the hugely popular kissing stags, kissing rabbits , kissing robins and kissing horses ranges. Anorak's entire range is made in the UK thus supporting British industries and keeping a low carbon footprint which is central to the core values of the Anorak brand .

For Summer 2012, Anorak has designed an exclusive colourway of the Kissing Robins design for Heal's. This print features on outdoor beanbags, seatpads and cushions.
