Heal's has six stores located throughout the UK as well as an online store heals.co.uk. Heal's sells a wide range of modern, designer and contemporary furniture, homewares, lighting, accessories and gifts for the home from leading designers, with often exclusive designs to Heal's, and brands such as Philippe Starck, Tom Dixon, Orla Kiely, John Reeves and Matthew Hilton

Within our Head Office we have a Buying and Merchandising team, Visual Display team, HR, Accounts, Ecommerce and Marketing.

Tottenham Court Road Vacancies

1 x Part time experienced Administrative Assistant to Interior Design Studio. 22.5 hours

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant working within the Interior Design Studio department. This role is responsible for:

• Placing and administrating orders; chasing deliveries and reporting arrival of the goods.

• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Goods on Order spreadsheet ensuring that it is kept up to date with appropriate notes.

• Liaising with Finance (particularly the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger departments) to ensure that any relevant information is relayed in a timely manner.

• Sales input-updating weekly sales summary.

• Assisting the designers with final accounts and booking deliveries.

• General backup liaising with dispatch and HDC. Picking and transferring goods

• Assisting with sample requests.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience along with good communication and organisation skills.

1 x Sales Assistant. Non-Furniture. Designer Gifts. 37.5 hours.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in art and design and will be sales driven and customer focused. Previous experience in high end retail is desirable.

1 x Sales Assistant. Non-Furniture. Designer Gifts. 30 hours.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in art & design and will be sales driven and customer focused. Previous experience in high end retail is desirable.

1 x Display Assistant. 37.5 hours.

Heal’s are seeking a Display assistant who will assist in implementing display programmes as requested in line with the company display standards.

The responsibilities of this role will be:

• To install window displays and in-store displays.

• To check promotional store & window graphics are received.

• To inspect & maintain store lighting.

• To produce layout plans for promotions.

• To assist with display work in other stores as and when required.

• To maintain awareness of current trends in display.

• To obtain appropriate merchandise for display purposes.

• To maintain awareness of display expenditure versus store budget.

• To maintain housekeeping and health and safety standards within the display office, stockrooms and on the shop floor.

• To provide assistance on the sales floor as required.

• To assist with Company stocktaking as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in visual merchandising as well as the following attributes:

• To be self motivated and show initiative in the completions of tasks.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to work effectively in a team.

• To adhere to health and safety regulations

1 x Sales Assistant. Spa. 15 hours.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in luxury spa and fragrance products. You will have the following:

• Excellent communication
• Ability to use their own initiative
• An interest in Spa products and fragrances
• Previous retail experience in selling spa products
• Sales driven
• Customer focused

1 x Sales Assistant. Non-Furniture. Lighting. 20 hours.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in Lighting and will be sales driven and customer focused. Previous experience is highly desirable.

2 x Floor Manager.(London Stores) 37.5 hours.

1 x Sales Assistant. Fabrics. 37.5 hours.

We are looking for an experienced candidate, who has an interest in interior design and soft furnishings. Curtain making experience would be beneficial in this role. High end fabrics experience is desirable.

1 x Sales Assistant. Non-Furniture. Kitchens. 20 hours.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, cooking and be knowledgeable on kitchen products. Previous experience in retail kitchenware is desirable.

1 x Sales Assistant. Sleep Studio. 37.5 hours.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience, be sales driven and customer focused. A background within bedroom Furniture sales is essential.

1 x Weekend Security Guard. 17.5 hours.

Heal’s are seeking a security guard who will be the first point of contact for our customers.

The ideal candidate must be able to deliver a fantastic greeting experience as well as the following:

• Previous retail experience
• Excellent communication and visual skills
• Ability to use their own initiative
• Hold a current SIA License
• Be able to provide 5 years background check

1 x Cash Desk Administrator. 20 hours.

Heal's are looking for a Cash desk Administrator to join us on a part time basis.

The role involves paying attention to off-the-floor cash control, banking and security, as well as maintaining the stores administrative systems in accordance with our company policy.
We are looking for a reliable team worker who has the following attributes:

King's Road Vacancies

1 x Sales Assistant. Furniture. 37.5hours

Heal’s are seeking a sales assistant to join our King’s Road store on a full time basis.

The ideal candidate have the following:

• Excellent communication
• Ability to use their own initiative
• Previous retail experience
• Sales driven

1 x Weekend Sales Assistant. Furniture. 12 hours.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience, be sales driven and customer focused. A background within Furniture sales is essential.

1 x Floor Manager. Non-furniture. 37.5 hours.

Heal’s are looking for a Floor manager who will achieve sales targets through the development of their staff, delivering high standards of customer service and optimise their displays through inspiration visual merchandising. The ideal candidate will be:

•Sales motivated
•Have experience of coaching and developing their teams
•Be self motivated
•Achieve tasks within deadlines
•Be a good communicator at all levels of the business
•Have strong previous retail experience

1 x Security Guard. 14 hours (Monday and Tuesday)

Heal’s are seeking a security guard who will be the first point of contact for our customers.
