Heal's sells a wide range of modern, designer and contemporary furniture, homewares, lighting, accessories and gifts for the home from leading designers, with often exclusive designs to Heal's, and brands such as Philippe Starck, Tom Dixon, Ligne Roset, Vitra, Vi-Spring and Matthew Hilton

Within our Head Office we have a Buying and Merchandising team, Visual Display team, HR, Accounts, E-commerce and Marketing.

Hub Vacancies

Customer Support Advisor. Full time

We have an exciting opportunity for an advisor to join our Customer Support department.

The primary focus of the role is to be responsible for supporting the E-Commerce team: answering queries via e-mail and telephone, processing e-commerce orders, requesting stock, keeping customers informed about their orders, liaising with delivery company to make sure all orders arrive on time and to the correct address, action refunds and returns and other crucial admin tasks on the e-commerce site.

The ideal candidate will have the following;
- Strong Computer skills
- Fast learner

- Ability to use initiative
- Previous experience in working in telephone sales in an office environment is desirable


Furniture Buyer. Full time

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Buyer to join our Furniture product team at Heal’s in Central London, on a full time basis.
The focus for this role is to propose, develop and manage the buying for the upholstery department which needs to reflect the Heal’s trading strategy and in turn contribute to the sales, margin and profit of the company.
The Key Performance Indicators for this role will be;
- Margin: To develop own label where ever appropriate to maximise margin - Evaluate: To identify best and worst sellers and evaluate new seasons collections
- Buying: To ensure products are brought in accordance with the Heal’s home trading rules, focusing on own label or Heal’s exclusive

The ideal candidate will have the following;
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Buyer in a similar role & product area
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, strong time management
- Previous experience of developing and implementing a strategy
- Experience in planning and driving promotional activity
- Motivated team player


CRM Manager. Full time

We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Manager to join Heal’s Ecommerce Department on a full time basis.
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to drive ambitious growth of our online and offline CRM function. The Heal’s CRM strategy must deliver increased frequency of purchase and therefore improved customer retention through a better understanding of customer behaviour and needs.
Working with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams you will be responsible for the set-up, execution and analysis of our email campaigns and the development, design and execution of our multi-channel direct marketing campaigns. With a new website going live this summer and the recent implementation of a new CRM solution we are looking to increase the depth and sophistication of our CRM activity. This means that the role will include a large amount of analysis, planning, project work and testing.

The ideal candidate will have the following;
- Prior experience of delivering acquisition and retention CRM campaigns
- Strong influencer to ensure CRM becomes imbedded into the Heal’s culture
- Pro-active and analytical individual with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of the UK retail market
- Ability to manage multiple work streams at the same time and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met
- Self-starter who likes to use their own initiative and takes ownership for their own projects and tasks
- Understanding of HTML is essential, prior knowledge of Smart Focus and Smart Insights a real advantage
- Excellent understanding of email marketing best practice

Duty Manager/ Senior Sales Consultants. Full time

We are looking for experienced candidates to join our exciting new concept store based in Central London.
