Heal's has six stores located throughout the UK as well as an online store heals.co.uk. Heal's sells a wide range of modern, designer and contemporary furniture, homewares, lighting, accessories and gifts for the home from leading designers, with often exclusive designs to Heal's, and brands such as Philippe Starck, Tom Dixon, Ligne Roset, Vitra, Vi-Spring and Matthew Hilton

Our ideal sales candidates will be proactive individuals who make sales happen. You will be able to generate sales by approaching, establishing needs, advising and guiding our customers to help them find the right product. Within our Head Office we have a Buying and Merchandising team, Visual Display team, HR, Accounts, E-commerce and Marketing.

Queen's Store Vacancies

1 x Queens Store Manager. Full time

We have an exciting new concept store based in Central London, and are looking for an experienced candidate to help drive forward and run this new project.

The Store Manager will be responsible for opening the showroom in June 2015. It will showcase Heal’s Lighting and offer a bespoke service to West London customers with the very best of Heal’s. The Manager will lead and motivate the selling team to deliver. Your focus is to achieve budgeted sales targets through the recruitment and development of team members, competent stock management, high standard of customer service and high standards in all the retail detail. We are aiming to be the best lighting showroom in London and to bring the Heal’s brand to life in a welcoming and exciting store. Your team will host customers with events, styling services and a beautiful and inspiring store.

Senior Lighting Consultant/ Supervisor. Full time

We are looking for experienced Senior Sales candidates to join our exciting new concept store based in Central London.

As a Senior Design Consultant/Supervisor you are the face of Heal’s and are responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for our customers that is unrivalled by our competitors. You are also responsible in supporting the store management, in planning and motivating team members. Your focus is to achieve sales thresholds by providing a complete and efficient customer experience and with particular attention to sales, merchandise, administration and security. You are responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Manager to join the Lighting department at our Flagship Store in Central London, on a full time basis.

As a Junior Manager you are the face of Heal’s and are responsible for controlling the organisation and motivation of team members in order to attain exceptional standards of merchandising, stock control, administration, security and customer service, as delegated. • Previous Retail Managerial experience is desirable

Fabrics Specialist. Full time

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join the Fabrics Department at our Flagship Store in Central London.
