Heal's has six stores located throughout the UK as well as an online store heals.co.uk. Heal's sells a wide range of modern, designer and contemporary furniture, homewares, lighting, accessories and gifts for the home from leading designers, with often exclusive designs to Heal's, and brands such as Philippe Starck, Tom Dixon, Ligne Roset, Vitra, Vi-Spring and Matthew Hilton

Our ideal sales candidates will be proactive individuals who make sales happen. You will be able to generate sales by approaching, establishing needs, advising and guiding our customers to help them find the right product. Within our Hub we have a Buying and Trading team, Visual Display team, HR, Accounts, E-commerce and Marketing.

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join the Lighting department at our Flagship store in Central London.

As a Sales Consultant you are the face of Heal’s and are responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for our customers that is unrivalled by our competitors. Your focus is to achieve sales thresholds by providing a complete and efficient customer experience and with particular attention to sales, merchandise, administration and security. You are responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. Design Consultant. Furniture. (Full Time x 2, Part Time x 2)

We are looking for experienced candidates to join our Furniture department at our Flagship store in Central London.

As a Design Consultant you are the face of Heal’s and are responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for our customers that is unrivalled by our competitors. Your focus is to achieve sales thresholds by providing a complete and efficient customer experience and with particular attention to sales, merchandise, administration and security. 1 x Ligne Roset Specialist. Full Time

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join as a Lignet Roset Specialist in our Furniture department at our Flagship store, in Central London.

Ligne-Roset is an award-winning brand of French modern furniture, known for its exclusive selection of lighting, accessories, textiles, and household furniture. As a Lignet Roset Specialist at Heal’s, you are responsible for driving the sales of the Ligne Roset brand in our Flagship store, ensuring the Furniture team are kept up to speed on all the brand’s lines, products and new releases. You are responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. Creating an inviting atmosphere and helping bring the Heal’s brand to life, you should aim to educate, inspire and excite our customers through your product and store knowledge.

1 x Home Floor Manager. Full time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Floor manager to join the Home department at our Flagship Store in Central London, on a full time basis.

As a Floor Manager you are the face of Heal’s and are responsible for controlling the planning, organisation, motivation and training of team members in order to attain exceptional standards of merchandising, stock control, administration, security and customer service, as delegated. Creating an inviting atmosphere and helping bring the Heal’s brand to life, you should aim to educate, inspire and excite our customers through your sales team.

The ideal candidate will have the following: br>
• Previous Retail Managerial experience is desirable

• Have experience of coaching teams

Meeters & Greeters

We are now recruiting for Temporary Meeter & Greeters, to work within our flagship store on Tottenham Court Road from October 2014 through to January 2015.

As a Meeter & Greeter, you are the face of Heal’s and are responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for our customers that is unrivalled by our competitors. Your focus is to provide a warm welcome for all customers, answer any immediate questions, help customers to orientate themselves and generally give them the information they need to ensure they have an enjoyable and memorable visit. As a Heal’s Meeter & Greeter you will be the first point of contact for customers. Besides providing an informative and cheerful welcome, you will also offer practical advice. You are accountable for maintaining exceptional standards of customer service as part of delivering the visitor experience.

Retail experience is not essential to be considered for this position; however the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and the ability to provide a professional approach to our customers by preparing to go the extra mile. We currently have the following temporary positions at our Flagship Store in Central London.

1 x Full time Meeter & Greeter (37.5 hours per week

1 x Weekend Meeter & Greeter (13.5 hours)
