Stride Dining Chair By Kay + Stemmer Melin Tregwynt Fabric. Kay and Stemmer took inspiration for their Stride range from the Utility dining furniture designed by Christopher Heal in the 1950's. Made in Italy from solid walnut, the Stride dining chair frame is upholstered in Melin Tregwynt's signature St David's Cross or Luna doublecloth weave. The design of the chair is unique in that the arm frame sits at a purposely low height to functionally pull the chair towards the table.
