You can check and track the progress of your order through the 'My Account' section of the website. Log in to your account and then click the 'View Order History' link. This will show you a list of all orders that you have placed with heals.co.uk and their current status

In ProgressYour order has been received, payment has been authorised and your order is being handled by our warehouse.
Released for DespatchThe goods in your order are in stock and are being prepared for delivery.
Backordered The item/s are currently out of stock at our warehouse but are being sourced from either our stores or direct from the supplier. Generally orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks, if there are any extended delays, you will be contacted directly by our customer service team to advise.
ProcessedFor furniture items, this indicates that the order has been processed, payment taken and the order passed to the Heal’s Delivery Team. In the tracking number section you can find your Heal’s Internal Reference Number as well as the predicted lead time for the delivery when the order was placed.

For non- furniture items, this indicates that the goods have been shipped and payment taken. You will receive a seperate email direct from our chosen carrier with the tracking details.
Cancelled Items that show this status have been cancelled. You will not be charged for items that display this status.
Returned Items that show this status have been returned.

Please Note: Payment is only taken for goods once they are processed
