Design House Stockholm creates stylish but functional products for the home, ranging from tableware and lighting to furniture and textiles. The Scandinavian brand collaborates with a network of independent designers, both up-and-coming and established, in the same way that publishing houses work with authors.

The first Design House Stockholm product collection was launched in 1997, and included Harri Koskinen’s now iconic Block Lamp, which immediately became a worldwide hit. Today Design House Stockholm’s aim is ‘to be a mirror of the very best Scandinavian design today - the term “Scandinavian” referring to a philosophic and aesthetic perspective, rather than geography and nationality.
