Luna Chair by Matthew Hilton. Exclusive to Heal’s, the Luna Chair by Matthew Hilton was created as part of our Heal's ReDiscovers collection to celebrate our Bicentenary. Matthew Hilton, designer of the iconic Balzac chair, drew inspiration from the classic wing-backed armchair shape to create Luna.

Hilton references classic designs like the Eames lounger, which shares a contrast between the hard texture of the wood and the soft leather cushion. With Luna, Matthew Hilton has achieved a similar effect, albeit using only fabric, creating an instantly recognisable shape that manages to combine a sense of rigidity of structure with extreme comfort.

Made in the United Kingdom, Luna is manufactured using traditional materials associated with handcrafted upholstery yet employing new construction techniques to create a unique contemporary form.
