Weber One Touch Premium Barbecue. Often imitated but never surpassed, the Weber One Touch Premium Barbecue combines classic styling with quality engineering and superior materials.

The lid and bowl are made from high quality American steel with a porcelain-enamelled coating, which makes the Weber Barbecue hardy enough to be kept outside all year round. Its stainless steel cleaning system makes the removal of ashes far easier than with standard barbecues - you simply move a lever to open three vents at the bottom and sweep the ashes out. Other special features include a high capacity ash catcher, heavy-duty hinged cooking grate and large cooking area (2552cm²).

The lid, which has a rust-proof aluminium vent to control the heat, also has an in-built thermometer to monitor the cooking temperature – which should hopefully mean an end to charred sausages and undercooked chicken. Crack-proof all-weather wheels and a weather-proof handle with protective heat shield complete what is without doubt the connoisseur’s choice of barbecue.
