Born in London, Johnny Egg made his first piece of furniture at 16 while working as an apprentice for a traditional cabinet maker. Since then his designs have gone from strength to strength. In 2003 he exhibited at the prestigious 100% Design Show where the judges applauded his work. His products have also been showcased at 100% design, Grand Designs 2006 and numerous design and lifestyle magazines.

Johnny Egg’s core belief is that furniture should be functional, well designed and practical but also that nothing should be overlooked or neglected. His aim is to create products that offer an alternative to mass produced furniture and he prides himself on quality craftsmanship and contemporary designs.
