Furniture Delivery

Furniture Delivery Charges

The cost of a furniture delivery is automatically calculated at the checkout. It is worked out based on the area we are delivering to and the value of the order. For customers living in the South East, close to one of our stores, your order will be delivered by the Heal's In-House delivery team. For customers living outside the South East, we use specialist delivery service, Direct Home Deliveries (DHD).



Heal's Sofa and Armchair Deliveries to UK Mainland: Free on all orders
Heal's Van Delivery Area: FREE on orders over £1000
Heal's Van Delivery Area: £50 on orders under £1000
DHD Delivery: £50 on all orders

Furniture orders are despatched from our North London warehouse. Items of furniture are normally made to order; please be aware of the availability timescales clearly stated on the product pages. You will be contacted directly by a member of our delivery team to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery. Delivery within the Heal's delivery area takes 1-2 weeks, and delivery outside the Heal's delivery area takes 2-3 weeks from despatch. Please note your order will only be despatched when all items included in the order are available.

- We regret that we cannot deliver items past the second floor unless appropriate lift access is available.
- Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO or addresses outside of the UK at the moment.

Furniture Delivery Timescales

Availability times are displayed on each individual product:


In StockThe item is in stock at our warehouse. Once the items are ready for despatch, delivery within the Heal's delivery area takes 1-2 weeks, and delivery outside the Heal's delivery area takes 2-3 weeks. You will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange a convenient time for your delivery.
Awaiting StockThis item is on order, and the lead time will be clearly stated on each individual product. You will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange a convenient time for your delivery once the item is ready for despatch.
Special OrderWe do not hold stock of these goods and will place an order with our suppliers on receipt of your order. The item lead time will be indicated on each individual product. You will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange a convenient time for your delivery when the item arrives at our warehouse.
Out of StockWe are currently out of stock of this item. You can request to be emailed when the item is back in stock.

Please note that the lead time quoted is given in good faith. It is based on the best available information from our suppliers at time of purchase. We will contact you within 2-3 days of the item arriving at our warehouse to arrange a convenient delivery time. Where any delay occurs we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.

- Heal's values your security. To safeguard this, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods.
- Heal's van deliveries can take place Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. The day(s) and times that we deliver to your area will be discussed with you when we call you. Each day is split into am and pm. For an estimated time slot for your delivery please contact the Distribution Centre on 0208 884 5100 from 8am on the morning of delivery.

Please ensure you have read our access guidelines and checked that the access available is adequate. Do not forget to consider the following factors that may prevent us from completing a standard delivery: red routes and parking restrictions; delivery vehicle size restrictions; restricted access into property due to the size of the ground floor entrance; restricted access within the property to the intended delivery location. Such factors may require alternative delivery methods for which, in most cases, there is an additional charge. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact us on 08700 240780 option 2 as soon as possible.

Parcel Delivery

Parcel Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery 2-5 working days: £4.95
Priority Delivery 1-2 working days: £5.95
Saturday Delivery Order before midnight on Thursday: £12.95

Orders are despatched from our North London warehouse using nationwide courier service DPD. If your order contains Specialist Delivery items (such as mirrors and crystal pendant lights), the full order will be despatched using the Specialist Delivery service. Orders will only be despatched once all items within the order are available. Saturday delivery will only be available for items in stock and available.

- Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO. Select products can be delivered to Europe, please see International Delivery for full details.
- We currently cannot offer Priority Delivery to the following postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, and ZE.

Despatch 1-2 WeeksThe item is out of stock at our warehouse but available at one of our stores. When an order is placed, stock is recalled from the store to fulfill the order meaning that normally it will be ready for despatch in 1-2 weeks.
Awaiting StockThe item is on order, and the delivery lead time will be clearly stated on each individual product.
Special OrderWe do not hold stock of these goods and will place an order with our suppliers on receipt of your order. The item lead time will be indicated on each individual product.
Out of StockWe are currently out of stock of this item. You can request to be emailed when the item is back in stock.

Specialist Delivery

Specialist Delivery Charges

High value and large, fragile items (such as mirrors and crystal pendant lights) will be sent via our specialist delivery service. The use of this specialist delivery service is to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

We are unable to offer Priority Delivery on these items.

Standard Delivery 2-5 working days: £4.95

- Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO or addresses outside of the UK at the moment.

- We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe but on rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside these timeframes.

International Shipping

Heals.co.uk is now able to offer delivery of a wide range of our products to international destinations across Europe. Currently we are able to deliver to the following countries: Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, and Finland.

Unfortunately we are not able to make all products on heals.co.uk available for international delivery for various reasons such as warranties, logistics and legal reasons. All eligible products are clearly marked with an International Delivery logo.

Delivery to Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco:
Standard Delivery 2-5 working days: £8.95

Delivery to Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark and Poland:
Standard Delivery 2-5 working days: £11.95

Delivery to Spain, Italy, Portugal and Sweden:
Standard Delivery 2-5 working days: £14.95

Delivery to Finland:
Standard Delivery 2-5 working days: £17.95

Over the coming months, we plan to widen the range of products available for international delivery and increase the countries that we are able to serve – please check the site regularly for updates.

Order Tracking

You can check on and track the progress of your order through the 'My Account' section of the website. Log in to your account and then click the 'View Order History' link. This will show you a list of all orders that you have placed with heals.co.uk and their current status.


In ProgressYour order has been received, payment has been authorised and your order is being handled by our warehouse.
Released for DespatchThe goods in your order are in stock and are being prepared for delivery.
BackorderedThe item(s) are currently out of stock at our warehouse but are being sourced from either our stores or direct from the supplier. Generally orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks, if there are any extended delays, you will be contacted directly by our customer service team to advise.
ProcessedFor furniture items, this indicates that the order has been processed, payment taken and the order passed to the Heal's Delivery Team. In the tracking number section you can find your Heal's Internal Reference Number as well as the predicted lead time for the delivery when the order was placed.

For non- furniture items, this indicates that the goods have been shipped and payment taken. You will receive a separate email direct from our chosen carrier with the tracking details.
CancelledItems that show this status have been cancelled. You will not be charged for items that display this status.
Returned Items that show this status have been returned.

Please Note: Payment is only taken for goods once they are processed
