When will my order be ready for despatch?
Who will deliver my order?
If you live in the M25 or South East, your furniture will be delivered by our Healís delivery team.
If you live outside this area, or have ordered an item which requires Parcel or Specialist delivery, we use our preferred 3rd party delivery partners. These partners provide a fully trackable service and will contact you directly with a delivery slot.
Is there anything I need to know before ordering furniture?
Make sure you check our access guidelines before placing your order. It is your responsibility to advise us at the time of ordering your furniture of difficulties that may be encountered when delivering to your property
If it is a large item of furniture we will contact you before processing your order to confirm access.
We regret that we cannot deliver items past the second floor unless appropriate lift access is available.
Do not forget to consider the following factors that may prevent us from completing a standard delivery: red routes and parking restrictions; delivery vehicle size restrictions; restricted access into property due to the size of the ground floor entrance; restricted access within the property to the intended delivery location. Such factors may require alternative delivery methods for which, in most cases, there is an additional charge. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact us on 0207 896 7451 option 2 as soon as possible.
Any costs incurred affecting delivery will not be the responsibility of Healís i.e. door or window removal etc.
When do you deliver?
We deliver parcel and specialist deliveries Monday to Friday. Our preferred 3rd party delivery partners will inform you of your expected delivery date.
Furniture deliveries by the Healís team take place Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm. The day(s) and times that we deliver to your area will be discussed with you when we call you. Each day is split into am and pm. For an estimated time slot for your delivery please contact the Healís Distribution Centre on 0208 884 5100 from 8am on the morning of delivery.
Saturday delivery is available on furniture orders only, and is an additional £50 on any delivery charges. You can add Saturday delivery at point of purchase, and you will be contacted by a member of the Heal's team.
Currently we donít deliver on Saturdays for parcel or specialist deliveries, but this is something we are hoping to introduce in the next few months.
Where is the Healís Delivery Area?
The Healís delivery area is where our Healís delivery fleet deliver to. This is within the M25 and South East. We use our preferred 3rd party delivery partners for the rest of the country.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do deliver to mainland Europe*.
All eligible products are clearly marked with an International Delivery logo.
Unfortunately we are not able to make all products on heals.co.uk available for international delivery for various reasons such as warranties, logistics and legal reasons.

Over the coming months, we plan to widen the range of products available for international delivery and increase the countries that we are able to serve Ė please check the site regularly for updates.

Do you offer Click and Collect?
Currently we cannot offer Click and Collect, but it is something we hope to introduce in the next few months.

Please note that lead times quoted are given in good faith. They are based on the best available information from our suppliers at time of purchase. Where any delay occurs we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.
We reserve the right to change these last order dates due to unforseen circumstances (eg. adverse weather).
