Furniture Delivery Service

Furniture orders are despatched from our North London warehouse. Items of furniture are normally made to order; please be aware of the availability timescales clearly stated on the product pages. You will be contacted directly by a member of our delivery team to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery. Delivery within the Heal's delivery area takes 1-2 weeks after despatch, and delivery outside the Heal's delivery area takes 2-3 weeks after despatch. Please note your order will only be despatched when all items included in the order are available.

- For customers living in the South East, close to one of our stores, your order will be delivered by the Heal’s In-House delivery team. Delivery takes 1-2 weeks after despatch.

- For customers living outside the South East, we use specialist delivery service, Direct Home Deliveries (DHD). Delivery takes 2-3 weeks after despatch.

Heal’s Van Delivery: FREE on orders over £1000

Heal’s Van Delivery: £50 on orders under £1000

DHD Delivery: £50 on all orders

We regret that we cannot deliver items past the second floor unless appropriate lift access is available.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO or addresses outside of the UK at the moment.

In Stock	The item is in stock at our warehouse and is available to despatch. You will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange a convenient time for your delivery.
Awaiting Stock	The item is on order, and the delivery lead time will be clearly stated on each individual product. You will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange a convenient time for your delivery once the item is ready for despatch.
Special Order	We do not hold stock of these goods and will place an order with our suppliers on receipt of your order. The item lead time will be indicated on each individual product. You will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange a convenient time for your delivery.
Out of Stock	We are currently out of stock of this item. You can request to be emailed when the item is back in stock.
