High value and large, fragile items (such as mirrors and crystal pendant lights) will be sent via our specialist delivery service. The use of this specialist delivery service is to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Standard Delivery 2-5 working days: £4.95

We are unable to offer Priority Delivery on these items.

We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe but on rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside these timeframes.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO or addresses outside of the UK at the moment.

Availability times are displayed on each individual product:

In Stock	The item is in stock at our warehouse. Orders are normally processed ready for despatch in 2-3 working days but can take up to 10 working days in some cases.
Despatch 1-2 Weeks	The item is in stock either at our warehouse or at one of our stores. Orders are normally processed ready for despatch in 1-2 weeks.
Awaiting Stock	The item is on order, and the delivery lead time will be clearly stated on each individual product.
Special Order	We do not hold stock of these goods and will place an order with our suppliers on receipt of your order. The item lead time will be indicated on each individual product.
Out of Stock	We are currently out of stock of this item. You can request to be emailed when the item is back in stock.
