Excellent product - lovely colours - dots are subtle
Delivery for product was quick and efficient and was securely wrapped so no breakages. The dinnerware is a good quality product which we are using as an everyday service but I would be quite happy to use for guests. It is totally dishwasher safe and the bowls and side plates go in regularly. However the dinner plates are slightly larger than normal and we have to wash those by hand as the rotating spray arm cannot circulate.

We bought quite a bit of this dinner set at Christmas (2011) and it is fantastic. Comes out of the dishwasher and looks like new. We have three boys and so far no chips! It's very reasonably priced and excellent quality which is why I wanted to buy from Heals as we have bought household bits before but not dinner service. I would definitely recommend this product. The colours haven't faded and are washed daily they are not too heavy either which is great. We have just recently added to the set as I can see this is going to be used for many years. Would like to see more items in the range: tea plates, slightly larger bowls for salads, cake slice ....

I bought the bowls a while ago, and now that I needed two side plates I decided to go for the same design. Very pretty and cheerful, very good quality. I did not comment on 'dishwasher safe' as I don't have a dishwasher. For sure they haven't stained so far. I'd highly recommend.

the dinner service is really bright and a pleasure to use except for the teapot. Whoever designed it doesn't drink tea very often. The pouring is very slow and frustrating and the inside rims are not glazed and therefore stain very easily. I have stopped using it which is a great shame as the rest of the service is lovely. Is there anything you can do to change this? Hope this changes your teapot designer!

We use the product everyday and it brightens up my familiar recipes. The shape of the plates and cereal bowls is excellent except I would like to see a tea plate size introduced.
Delivery was prompt but arrived in a damaged box. I accepted the delivery and immediately checked all 20 pieces and found no breakages. The internal packing was good but the external box was too flimsy for the weight of the contents.

This is my everyday set. It is robust yet not chunky. It has withstood frequent washing in the machine and always looks lovely. I get more comments on this set than I do on my posh set!
I'm glad the range has been extended, I'll be buying some of the other bits too.

I was looking for some practical everyday china that wasn't plain white. This is nice and cheerful, and not too chunky. It's a pleasure to use.
Delivery was prompt, and the dinner service arrived beautifully and very thoroughly packed.

A good dinner set smart, fun and practicle.
I liked the fact that the items could be bought seperately. The only thing that is a shame is the dinner plates are too big for my 30cm kitchen cupboard.

Plain white dinneware has its place but this Dots Dinnerware just adds a bit of colour to the table. Works really well for every occasion. For formal dining, pick out one of the colours and accessorise your table with napkins, candles, tablemats; for outdoor dining combine with outdoor brights that work well on sunny days or just use everyday - the cereal bowl will brighten up any morning!
