I received these for my birthday and was over the moon - I love Heals and had my eye on a few things. But having moved out of London I was dismayed to find that the vouchers cannot be redeemed on-line. Heals customer services sorted this out for me very quickly and efficiently, [...] I am a very happy Heals customer.
