Curtain and Blind Making Choose from over 100,000 fabrics from a wide selection of brands. Made to measure curtains are available in a selection of headings including pencil or pinch pleat, eyelet or tab top. Made to measure blinds can be made to fit any size or shape window and are available in 4 weeks. Rugs Department Heal's offer a bespoke service available in almost any shape and any size. We have 300 standard colours in stock and can create any colour of the spectrum, from personal fabric swatches to an inspiring pattern from a magazine. Your idea will then be created at our design studio for your approval, before your rug is created.
